How It Works
Visit our store and enjoy a guided, step-by-step experience:

1. Choose Your Bear. Pick your favourite plush character from our wide range of animals and designs.
2. Stuff Your Bear. Use our in-store stuffing machine to bring your bear to life – fun, safe, and interactive for all ages.
3. Add a Heart. Make a wish and place a special heart inside your bear to give it personality.
4. Personalise Your Friend. Browse our retail collection of outfits, accessories, sounds, and scents to customise your creation.
5. Name Your Bear. Receive a birth certificate and officially welcome your new companion.
6. Take It Home. Your finished bear is yours to keep forever – a memory of your experience.

Booking Information
To secure your place at our Bear Factory, a £5 reservation ticket is required per person. This guarantees your chosen time slot and helps us prepare for your visit.
The best part? Your booking fee isn’t lost — on the day of your visit, you’ll receive a £5 voucher to use towards your bear purchase.
